We love working directly with homeowners. It allows us the unique opportunity to hear directly from you what you love and what we can improve upon. Sometimes these details get lost in translation when working with larger contractors, so we see homeowner work as our opportunity to shine and make sure that we're providing service that's true to our name. Though we do work with several large construction companies, the repeat and referral business we get from our homeowners makes up a large part of our work, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Restoration contractors;
We have experience working with fire, water, or storm damaged homes, and the specific challenges they present. We understand the added stress upon the homeowners and the urgency involved in these jobs. We also know about the potential hassle of working with insurance companies and are confident in our ability to provide hassle free services that exceed your expectations, and the homeowner's expectations. When we partner with contractors, it's important to us that our work is a reflection upon your work and vice versa.
Remodeling contractors;
We get a lot of our business from remodeling contractors and dedicate ourselves to jobs both large and small to ensure that your needs, as well as the homeowners needs, are met. We know that when we're on a remodeling job, we're representing your company and are versatile in following different company's procedures for customer contact and escalation of concerns. We'll always speak highly of the work that you do, because when we agree to do a job with you, we know that we become part of your family and you a part of ours.
New construction;
We have plenty of experience in new construction and know quite well the challenges that come with building from the foundation up. That's why we work hard to make sure that we think of every detail involved in our scope of work so that you don't have to. Our pre-finish shop is a great way for us to serve new construction contractors as we know that being able to complete a large portion of the work without getting in the way of other trades is a huge benefit when things need to stay on schedule. We also know that when we are working on site, there's always a contractor both before and after us that depend on our work being done right.
Cabinetmakers;
We love woodwork. That's why we opened a pre-finish shop this year. We work closely with our cabinet makers to get the product delivered/picked up, completed and returned to you/the job site quickly and seamlessly. We do custom stain matches and are comfortable with glazing finishes.
